Kindergarten through second grade students got to listen to Claudia Guadalupe Martinez, author of, “Not a Bean,” talk about her book. She discussed how she came up with her book, the writing process and even read the book to the students! Students were able to ask her questions about being an author. The presentation was enjoyed by all!
